Résumé
After completing my education at Arts et Métiers ParisTech, France, with a degree in Engineering, and at IAE Aix-Marseille, France, where I earned a Business degree, I dedicated two years to designing and implementing a Lean cluster. This initiative, known as DynEO, brought together 7 diverse organizations, including both industrial partners and academic institutions, for training, networking, and applied research. DynEO remains active and operational to this day. Subsequently, I pursued a doctoral education at Université Paris I Pantheon Sorbonne, collaborating with the Department of Information & Operations Management at ESCP Europe and the LCFC at Arts et Métiers ParisTech. Currently serving as an Associate Professor at iaelyon School of Management, I focus my research on Operations, Industrial Organization, Strategy and Human Resources at Magellan. Among my recent publications are 'The human dimension of Lean: a literature review,' 'Defining lean experts’ roles and behavioral competencies during lean adoption', 'Industry 5.0 use cases development framework' and 'Practice With Less AI Makes Perfect: Partially Automated AI During Training Leads to Better Worker Motivation, Engagement, and Skill Acquisition'.
