Summary
After graduating from an Engineering school (Arts et Métiers ParisTech, France) and a Business school (IAE, France), I worked as a project manager on the development of a Lean cluster (training, networking, applied research) with 7 different organizations (industrials and academics) for 2 years. I am currently a French Ph. D student working with ESCP Europe and Arts et Métiers ParisTech on the possible link between Lean Management and Human Resource Management in order to sustain a Lean culture.
