• Support the delivery of the business strategy in France, consistent with the strategic objectives and core values of Nokia Group;
• Responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in France;
• Point of contact and consultancy role for all HR community (Center of Expertise, HR Director, Region HR head…) on French scope;
