Following my role as a Junior Digital Project Manager and my MSc graduation, I got promoted as full-time Digital Project Manager. Leading a team of 12 designers and developers, my role was to bring my team together to make things happen and solve problems based on research and data. It’s all about leading, empowering, facilitating & communicating. I also put my heart into making sure my clients will be proud of our partnership by constantly proposing them with cutting edges ideas in order for their digital products to stay relevant and on point.

I've started to work in this start up as a cashier, but really quickly I showed my Director that I had the necessary skills to enhance the marketing strategy and boost the sales of his store, so we started collaborating on the company website, I totally redesign and modernise the website and install an operational online selling platform. Moreover i start developing the notoriety of the start up on social media at the same time.

Here are my current missions :
- Creating, managing and growing the company’s presence through social media
- Creating content for the customers' loyalty program through newsletters and e-mailing
- Designing a brand new evolutive and responsive website with an online selling platform (use of : Prestashop and Wix)
- Optimising the User Interface and experience of the landing page
- Curating content channels
- Internal communications execution
- Publishing on a web CMS and basic image editing

What i'm learning thanks to this experience :
- understanding about the product and finding out how to market products for different segments
- enlarging my knowledge about digital marketing, web designing, and building a ecommerce platform (Prestashop/WiX)
