As assistants to project managers of the C.E.A. of Marcoule, I used my planner's technical know-how and work in planning, budgets, costs, risks to lead industrial projects.

• Establishment of studies commissioned by municipalities and aimed at improving economic development (impact studies, territorial diagnosis, program of actions) ;
• Coordination of networks of local players including steering committee ;
• Communication and awareness of support given to farmers to lead and develop their activity.

• Management of a prospective process as a tool for supporting long-term decision-making in two regions of Mali – Koulikoro and Segou ;
• Coordination of networks of local players: elaborating planning, organizing workshops involving local players (local authority and citizens)
